Directional Estimate

• Complimentary on site meeting to assess project scope

• Estimated project costs will be provided (typically within 2-3 weeks)

• We will specify what the fee would be for a Detailed Design and Bid should you choose to move forward

Detailed Design and Bid (Pre-Construction Phase)

• Fee/deposit collected

• Site visit(s) and collaboration with Designer and Trade Partners

• Architectural layout and design elements specified (typically within 3-12 weeks)

• Typically results in a signed contract, deposit, and work is scheduled

Construction Phase

• Pre-Construction meeting to establish working hours, timelines, payment/draw schedule, etc

• Project commences

• Client walk through and punchlist

• Final Payment
